What should I bring?

Bring your swimsuit and a change of clothes for your sauna visit at Ritual Wellness Club in Baltimore. We provide complimentary towels for your flow and for your shower afterward. Coded lockers, private showers, changing rooms, body wash, shampoo and conditioner are available, so you can freshen up before heading back to your day.

Can I use the cold plunges during my visit?

Yes. Your Open Flow visit includes access to our saltwater cold plunges alongside our traditional and infrared saunas. Explore the heat and cold at your own pace, with time to rest in the lounge or tea room between sessions. You can also try the cold bucket in our plunge room.

What is the difference between traditional and infrared sauna?

Traditional saunas heat the air around you, while infrared saunas use infrared energy to warm your body directly at a lower air temperature.

At Ritual in Fells Point, Baltimore, you can explore both. Our traditional options include a 50-person social sauna and a 15-person sauna overlooking historic Fells Point. Our full-spectrum infrared sauna with red light offers a lower-temperature alternative for guests who prefer a gentler-feeling heat.

What is the difference between Open Flow and a guided sauna class?

Open Flow is a self-guided visit that lets you explore Ritual’s saunas, saltwater cold plunges and communal spaces at your own pace. Guided sauna classes offer a more structured experience, with elements such as music, breathwork and meditation. Choose Open Flow for flexibility or explore the class schedule for a guided experience.

Are the saunas shared or private?

Our traditional saunas are shared spaces. The 50-person social sauna offers room to enjoy the heat together, while the 15-person sauna overlooks historic Fells Point. Come on your own or share the experience with friends.
