YOUR RITUAL, YOUR WAY: As a Ritual Member or Pass Holder you get access to the largest traditional sauna in Baltimore, top of the line cold plunge room, infrared sauna, salt room, included guided classes and so much more.

Wooden sauna

BIG SAUNA ENERGY

Visit the largest sauna in Maryland - A 50 person traditional sauna for free flow, guided classes, and a sensory experience with just the right ambience. There is also a smaller (but still very big) traditional sauna for smaller classes, direct views of Fells Point, and a more cozy experience. Both options promote relaxation, improve circulation, and support detoxification by increasing sweating and heart rate.

CHILL IN PERFECTION

Cold immersion rapidly reduces inflammation, boosts circulation, and accelerates muscle recovery. Talk about controlled stress exposure! Trigger endorphins, elevate mood, and strengthen the immune response by plunging into our two-person, top of the line cold tubs or by embracing the bucket!

RADIATE WITH
INFRARED

Enjoy muscle relief and deeper therapeutic benefits at lower heat levels in our full spectrum red light infrared sauna, where infrared light heats the body directly at lower temperatures than a traditional sauna, allowing deeper tissue penetration with a gentler, more comfortable setting.

FEELING SALTY

Halotherapy, or dry salt therapy, supports clearer breathing, reduced inflammation, improves your respiratory system. It even benefits your skin and sleep! Try it out before, in between, or after your contrast therapy!

PUMP IT UP

Hyperice percussion and vibration therapy enhances muscle recovery by increasing circulation, reducing inflammation, and releasing tension and tightness throughout the body. It also supports faster recovery and lymphatic drainage! 

THE 3rd LOUNGE & THE BEAM BAR

Our stunning communal lounge, "THE 3rd" offers you a bit of rest as you prepare to take on your next challenge!  This and our window bar, "THE BEAM" are the perfect places to hydrate, unplug, relax, and unwind or become a social networking butterfly!

Step 1: Purchase your membership or pass.
Step 2: Reserve your open flow or class.
Step 3: Prepare for your Ritual experience!

Once you have locked in your reservation, a friendly Ritual Rep will be there to greet you at our check in desk located on the second floor of the building. You will receive (up to) 2 towels - one mandatory towel for amenity use and one shower towel upon request.

You will also have the opportunity to purchase one-time use recyclable non-slip slippers as the amenity spaces are barefoot and do not permit outdoor footwear. You will have access to a gender-neutral changing area, bathrooms, private showers, and a locker room area.

A hydration station is available in the communal hallway. Make sure to hydrate throughout your experience!
A discount parking rate for up to three hours will be available at the Arrive Union Wharf Garage across the street. 

We value all of our guests. In order to make this a pleasant experience for everyone, you must read ALL of the Rules & Regulations before entering the premises.

We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone.
