What is Ritual Wellness Club?
Ritual Wellness Club is a social wellness club in Baltimore that brings sauna, cold plunge, salt therapy, guided classes and community spaces together under one roof. Members can create their own routine or take part in guided group experiences.
What is contrast therapy?
Contrast therapy involves alternating between hot and cold experiences, such as a sauna and cold plunge. At Ritual, you can move through the hot-and-cold cycle at your own pace or join a guided class.
What should I bring to Ritual Wellness Club?
Bring a swimsuit and comfortable clothes to change into after your visit. Ritual will provide additional details about towels, lockers, footwear and other amenities before the Baltimore wellness club opens.

Two towels are provided each visit: one for your flow and one for your post-session shower.
Where is Ritual Wellness Club located?
Ritual Wellness Club is located inside The Timbre at 900 S. Wolfe Street in Fells Point, Maryland. Members also receive access to the building’s shared amenities.
What does a Ritual membership include?
Membership includes unlimited access to Ritual’s core wellness experiences, including Maryland’s largest sauna, saltwater cold plunges, an infrared and red light sauna, a salt cave, guided classes, communal spaces and member events.
Is the sauna and cold plunge experience suitable for beginners?
Yes. You do not need prior sauna or cold plunge experience to visit Ritual. Our guides will explain how to use each space, and you can adjust the timing and temperature exposure based on your comfort level.
Do I need to reserve a session in advance?
Members should reserve guided classes and other scheduled experiences in advance. Ritual will share complete booking instructions, arrival recommendations and cancellation policies before opening.
What is a founding membership?
A founding membership gives early members unlimited access for $195 per month, compared with the planned regular rate of $275 per month. The founding rate stays locked in while the membership remains active. Only the first 50 founding memberships are available at this rate.
