Our second, 15-person traditional sauna provides the vibes and the views, overlooking historic Fells Point.

Cold immersion is controlled stress exposure! Trigger endorphins, elevate mood, and strengthen the immune response by plunging into our top of the line saltwater cold tubs or by embracing the bucket in our cold plunge room!

INFRARED
Enjoy muscle relief and deeper therapeutic benefits at lower heat levels in our full spectrum red light infrared sauna, where infrared light heats the body directly at lower temperatures than a traditional sauna, allowing deeper tissue penetration with a gentler, more comfortable setting.
FEELING SALTY
Halotherapy, or dry salt therapy, supports clearer breathing, reduced inflammation, improves your respiratory system through micro salt particles floating in the room. Try it out before, or after your hot-cold contrast therapy (must be dry to enter!)
LOUNGES
Before you enter our stunning communal lounge, "THE 3rd" which offers you a bit of rest in between modalities, you will first visit Tea-Med, a place to collectively set your intentions for this experience and hydrate for your journey. You will also have access to our window bar, "THE BEAM" where you can catch some rays as well as hydrate, unplug, relax, and unwind or become a social networking butterfly!
